The moviemash website is a mash-up. It automatically pulls together information from various cinema websites, youtube and other publicly available data into a single mashed site. Most information, such as showing times and venues, will be as reliable as the source websites, however, some of the results may not be 100% accurate (such as matched trailers from youtube). Wikipedia has more information about mash-ups.

Moviemash is used to test and explore underlying mash-up technology. In particular, it is a testbed for machine learning techniques and algorithms.
Accessibility The moviemash website makes extensive use of dynamic html which can lead to accessibility issues. To limit this we have ensured that the primary web content (showing times and venues) is readable with the dynamic html turned off. In addition, the web layout used at moviemash follows the W3C xhtml 1.0 specification strictly.
Privacy The moviemash servers hold or store no information (other than standard access statistics) about users of the website.
